Night It Up!

Night It Up!

It’s finally here! Tonight at Metro Square is the night market that we’ve all been waiting for. Months and months of hard work has been put into this by just volunteers! Their dedication and energy is just amazing!!!

The stage line-up is amazing! VYbE is coming back again. Few performers of Kollaboration will be there as well: including Missing in Venice, Johnathan Lu (the guy who won at this year’s Kollaboration), J. Reyez. Ahhh, I have a dilemma, how am I to watch all the performers and yet get around to all that I wanna eat: 愛玉冰, Basil Seed Drink, Okonomiyaki, Stir fry ice cream, 車輪餅!!

I hope to see you all there! <3

Less than two days away is Night It Up!, the event that I dedicated more than half of my time helping. (I hope we don’t fail our AI assignment Mike.)

If you haven’t heard about it, it’s similar to Toronto Night Market. In fact, it’s organized by the same youth group, Power Unit (PU). Besides all the hype about the food and performances (because the bloggers @ nightitup.com has done such a good job! I don’t need to repeat), I wanna mention why we’re doing this – fundraising. During the past years, PU has donated ~$50,000 to benefitiaries thanks to the night market.

Some of the members of PU have been sacrificing their career for this. Come and support them on July 10th and 11th @ Metro Square :)
